Noah Kilroy is a Rhode Island native who served time in Florida. He was convicted of selling cocaine and sentenced to a 15 year term. After his release he earned an Associate’s Degree where he eventually received his law degree. With two other convict attorneys he founded Transcending Through Education,. from CCRI before transferring to Roger Williams  University.

He spent 18 months in a Florida prison, which “did what it was supposed to do. I was forced to think about my actions and take a moral inventory of myself.” He read books on black history, psychology, and sociology; after his release, he achieved a 3.7 GPA at the Community College of Rhode Island and transferred to Salve Regina University. He served as a  solicitor for the City of Providence and today heads his own law firm,  Kilroy Law Firm.
